A man was busy collecting aromatic flowers in a huge sack it seems. He was always carrying that sack with him all the day amid his busy day's work. The next day also he was collecting aromatic flowers in the same sack and was carrying with him. This routine was continued for days.
After some days, he felt that a rotten odour was spreading from his sack instead of aroma even though he was collecting only the most aromatic flowers from the garden. He was afraid and asked everybody whom he knew very well and believed his well wishers. But nobody was able to answers his question.
He lost his happiness, peace of mind, kindness, sleep and lastly his health. But anyways he did not stopped collecting aromatic flowers. After a year or so, he had no space in his sack and also was not able to carry that heavy load.
His health condition was deteriorating day by day because of this confusion. Finally, one of his well-wishers recommended him to visit a psychiatrist. After a long process of examination, the doctor named his disease as "STRESS" and tried to treat him through his medicines.
So, even if we collect aromatic flowers every day, we shouldn't keep it after a day. But we, most of the times tend to collect only garbage and keeping it with us through the years. That's why our journey - LIFE becomes unhappy and stressful.
The garbage is nothing but our bad experiences kept in our mind. If we keep it for years our brain will not show its full efficiency. So don't try to collect it first. If we have some load in our mind already just "DROP IT OFF". Take an oath that "Every day I Drop Off the garbage in my mind as my Trash bin".
